Januari 2010 tentang rekrutmen 3 (tiga) orang Asisten peneliti Jurusan HI UGM, berikut kami umumkan proses dan persyaratan pencalonan sbb. :

A. PERSYARATAN PENCALONAN
a. Sarjana Ilmu HI dan/atau Master Ilmu Hubungan Internasional (atau
Master dalam studi lain yang relevan)
b. Indek Prestasi Kumulatif 3,51 (pada skala 4,00) atau Cumlaude
c. Dokumen yang harus diserahkan :
- Surat lamaran yang ditujukan kepada Ketua Jurusan Ilmu HI UGM
-Ijazah dan Transkip nilai yang telah dilegalisasi
-Biodata (CV) disertai pas photo sebanyak 2 lembar
-Sertifikat TOEFL
-Surat rekomendasi dari Dosen / pejabat lain yang relevan
-Dokumen lain yang mendukung, seperti piagam penghargaan, surat

B. PROSES SELEKSI
a. Tahap I (seleksi Administrasi)
Persyaratan Administrasi dapat diserahkan melalui sekretariat Jurusan HI (Edi Priyono) mulai senin 8 Pebruari 2010. Berkas lamaran paling lambat diterima pada tgl. 19-2-2010 jam : 11.00. Pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi akan disampaikan pada tgl. 24-2-2010 melalui papan pengumuman dan Website Jurusan HI.

b. Tahap 2 (seleksi Wawancara dan Presentasi)
Pelamar yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi wajib mengikuti seleksi wawancara dan presentasi yang akan dilaksanakan hari Senin dan Selasa, 1&2 Maret 2010 (tentative). Materi presentasi adalah essay yang telah dilampirkan dalamn berkas lamaran. Pelamar dapat menggunakan media pendukung seperti power point dan sebagainya.

C. Tahap 3 (Rapat Jurusan)

Hasil seleksi wawancara dan presentasi akan dibicarakan dalam rapat
jurusan. Rapat Jurusan akan memutuskan 3 orang pelamr yang dianggap layak untuk diangkat sebagai assisten peneliti. Pengumuman hasil rapat Jurusan akan disampaikan pada hari Rabu, 11 Maret 2010 melalui papan Pengumuman dan Website Jurusan HI. Keputusan rapat Jurusan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
