1). Course Consultant
• Below 27 Years Old
• Female, D3/S1, fresh graduate / under-graduate

2). Marketing Coordinator

• Male/Female, D3/S1
• Minimum 1 year experience in PR & Marketing

Collection Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform Collection process to customers
• Provide instructions to Outbound Call Collection team and Outsourced Collection partner/agencies
• Be responsible for producing a daily, weekly & monthly report on all related Postpaid Collection.
• Monitor the progress the Field visits related to Collections
• Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): 2 yrs exp.
• Preferred skill(s): customer and personal service, clerical.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Banking or Regulatory Compliance.
