5. Telephone Operator

General
Reqruirements:
* Male/female
* Education Diploma/degree from recognized in Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management School
* Guest satisfaction oriented with effective complaint handling
* Team work oriented
* Honest, dynamic, energetic and open minded
* Ready to
work on flexible hours and hard worker
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Good computer skill as well as reporting skill
* Fresh graduated from good hotel school could apply Specific Requirement for Supervisor level:
* Male
* Education Diploma/degree from recognized in Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management School
* Good leadership skill with quality of developing people
* Team work oriented as well as independent
* Have at least 1 year experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
