Civil Technician

Responsibilities:
* Develop plans and estimate costs for installation of systems, utilization of facilities, or construction of structures.
* Report maintenance problems occurring at project site to supervisor and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.
* Conduct materials test and analysis, using tools and equipment, and applying engineering knowledge.
* Respond to public suggestions and complaints.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be possesed min Diploma degree in Civil.
* Experience 5 years in building construction & maintanance (Mall/Retail).
* Avilable working with shift.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
