Accounts Executive (Costing) - PTP
(Johor - PTP - Gelang Patah)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Inventory related reporting
• Daily cycle count exercise & Inventory adjustment related matters
• Weekly tracker reporting – To report for weekly closing numbers for Sales, AR balance & aging, Inventory level, Purchases, AP balance, Cash balance and fixed assets addition by weekly.
• Month end inventory reconciliation – To reconcile for the opening, adjustment & to derive to the closing number.
• Scrap reconciliation (monthly) – Reconcile for the in-house & claimable scrap amount.
• Inventory adjustment reconciliation (monthly).
• Physical inventory coordination – To responsible for all the PI activities till the final reconciliation stage.
• Customer P&L Report, Mapping / System Integration process
• To analyze model cost and run Cost Roll up for Bill of Material (BOM)

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Finance related field of study
• 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in Inventory Management & Product costing (standard costing)
• Willing to work at Gelang Patah
