Advertised: 9-9-09 | Closing Date: 8-10-09 As a result of our robust growth and expansion, we seek a self-motivated individual to fill the following position: Finance Manager (JAKARTA) Responsibilities: Reporting to the Singapore Head Office, the incumbent’s duties will include supervision of the local Finance Department, periodic financial and management reporting, cash-flow planning, cost analysis, internal controls and consolidation of accounts The incumbent is responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts The incumbent is responsible for timely submission of monthly financial reporting package to the Singapore Head Office The incumbent is required to liaise closely with external auditors and local tax authorities on accounting and tax matters The incumbent is responsible for the review of existing internal control procedures and participation in internal audits to ensure compliance of Group policies As the Head of Finance Department, other responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the local management of the subsidiary, customers, vendors and management staff from the Singapore Head Office to ensure quality output and high performance Requirements: Possess a Degree in Accountancy and preferably a CPA At least 10 years’ related working experience, out of which, 3 years’ relevant experience in a managerial position Must be technically competent, independent and have an eye for detail Must be well versed in Microsoft applications Must be pro-active and possess good communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes will be an added advantage Due to regulatory requirements, this role is only open to Indonesian Nationals Salary Range: Monthly Basic Salary Between Rp 10,000,000 and Rp 13,000,000 Interested candidates are to submit online with a comprehensive resume with current and expected salary and a recent photograph.
