Collection Agent
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Perform Collection process to customers
- Provide instructions to Outbound Call Collection team and Outsourced Collection partner/agencies
- Be responsible for producing a daily, weekly & monthly report on all related Postpaid Collection.
- Monitor the progress the Field visits related to Collections
- Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): 2 yrs exp.
- Preferred skill(s): customer and personal service, clerical.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Banking or Regulatory Compliance.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
