Operational Marketing/Sales Manager
The successful candidate will work closely with the top management of the company to develop new business opportunities and to rekindle existing business contacts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at business finding and developing long term client relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Onshore/Offshore transport and storage containers, and Tubular Handling Systems
2. Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with direct report and colleagues within and intra department or external key stakeholders to ensure a constructive working environment in achieving goals.
3. Develop, drive and optimize sales and marketing activities to promote our services
4. Formulating and implementing sales & business strategies to achieve budgeted sales target
5. Implement the approve marketing plan and controls the spending of approved A&P Budget to ensure accurate realization of turnover target, market value, share target, product penetration as well.
6. Provides technical support to the tendering and procurement process to ensure that cost effective and adequate materials and services are utilized in the operations whilst all applicable procurement regulations are met.
7. Contact and liaise key clients in support of upcoming projects
Requirements
1. Male / Female – not more than 40 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in any Engineering background, Communications or Sales
3. Minimum of 5 years experience with proven track record in Oil & Gas industry sales, Chemical Industry.
4. Sales experience in selling related Drilling Products such as Drilling Tools, Drill Pipes, Drill Collars, HWDP Coiled Tubing Products, Completion Tools, etc.
5. Having exposure in handling tender or project based account as well as understanding the tender processes and procedures
6. Strong networking in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Power, and other related industries
7. Must be familiar with the business community of Jakarta and Indonesia
8. Must have own car.
Qualifications
1. Strong Leadership, Good communication skill, dynamic and strong interpersonal skill throughout all level organization.
2. Excellent written and spoken English language skills
3. Able to work with target & deadline pressure
4. Intellectual strength, professional integrity, strong values, self motivated and good personality
5. Superlative and proven sales ability essential ; excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills a must
