Currently,
People Search Indonesia is looking for SALES TRAINER SUPERVISOR in Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based in Jakarta (Permanent Position).
Responsibilities:
* Involve in Initial Training Program, especially in giving training on Product Knowledge.
* Conduct routine Disease and Product Knowledge refreshing training.
* Conduct field coaching to Professional Sales Representative, to ensure proper implementation skills and knowledge.
* Partner with internal departments in developing effective training materials and programs.Requiremen ts:
1.Good in
English both oral and written
2.Have good interpersonal skill and communication
skill
3.Preferably 1 year experience as Sales Trainer Officer/Executive.
