Senior Credit Controller
(Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and take necessary action for AR Ageing Report both Local Stock & Indent to minimize that Accounts receivable > 60 days overdue less than 10% of total accounts receivable
- Solving problem from Credit Control Executive and Credit Control Assistant for outstanding debts which needs to be settled
- Review and ensure that AR Interco are recorded between group
- Facilitate AR meeting with respective Company Manager twice a month
- Reviewing customer credibility and risk upon sales order blocked released, highlight to company manager for those with credit problem
- Coordinate the preparation of AR monthly report and forecast collection
- Responsible for Credit evaluation of existing and new customers ie credit limit, credit period and risk category together with Sales Managers, Commercial Manager and General Managers / Managing Directors on periodic basis
- Direct team collector in liaising with courier service appointed to ensure all billing documents are properly received by a person of finance department in the customers
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior or senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent from reputable university
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff
- Understand customers' concern and able to respond to their needs quickly
- Software Knowledge of Lotus Notes, SAP and Hyperion is a must
- At least 2 - 4 year(s) of working experience in AR/ Credit Control is required for this position
- Ability in English both written and verbal
- Have great sense of urgency and able to multi-tasks under pressure
