> Responsibilities:

> Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures
> achievement of sales target.
> Develops and maintain a solid sales team.
> Responsible for the performance of quarterly sales review and achievement.
> Prepares action plans for individual Account Executive as well as by sales
> team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
> Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new
> markets and new customers.
> Conducts sales weekly review with Account Executive to build more
> effective communications, attack strategy to market and sales forecast
> plan.
> Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect
> applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to
> maintain maximum profit margin.
> Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
> submitted by Account Executive.
> Assists Account Executive in preparation of proposals and presentations.
> Liaise with Technical Manager for demo of solution and POC in customer

> Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and
> ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

> Requirements:

> Age max 35 years old.
> Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field
> 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
> Have a proven succesful sales track record.
> Extensive network in previous job.
> Target and result oriented.
> Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
> Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
> Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
> Excellent communication/ negotiating/ closing skills with
> prospects/customers .
> Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
> Experience with enterprise solutions, preferable in server consolidation
> and virtualization, and also ERP as well.
