Data Entry (Temporary)

Tugas dan Tanggungjawab :
- Melakukan input data dokumen kedalam sistem yang sudah ada
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen terkait perihal dokumen yang kurang
- Bertanggungjawab atas filling dokumen
- Melakukan tugas yang berhubungan dengan tugas administrasi

Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan
- Usia maksimum 27 tahun
- Berpengalaman di bidang administrasi min. 1 tahun, terbuka juga bagi yang belum berpengalaman
- Sanggup bekerja dibawah tekanan dan bekerja dalam tim
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer MS Office
- Menyukai pekerjaan bersifat ketelitian, bermain logika serta cepat beradaptasi dengan suatu hal yang baru dan Bersedia bekerja di luar jam kantor

HSE Coordinator (as per Site availability)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Environ
- Having experience minimum of 4 years in similar capacity
- Understand HSE regulation, particularly in Environment
- Having certified in HSE professionalism (Ahli K3 - U)
- Understand basic first aid, basic work safety (tools, prevention, action), waste management, revegetation, reclamation, ANDAL, RKL, RPL
- Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
- Able to prepare report and conduct the presentation of Environment & Safety
- Good proficiency in English both oral & written

Administrative Assistant to HSE Manager

Responsibilities :

- Assist Manager related with Department administrative (such as Draft SOP, out/in letters, etc) and assist in with his/her day-to-day activities
- Handle all administrative in its department
- Responsible for expenses claimed and accurately documented
- Translate Draft into an English version

Qualification :

- Female, max. 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 from any major discipline (preferable from administration/ secretary discipline)
- At least min. 1 years experiences in similar position (but fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Must able to work in a multitasking and able to communicate affectively with all levels of organizations
- Fluency in English both in writing and verbal
- Excellent MS Office application
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment and able to work in under pressured conditions

Personnel & Industrial Relation Assistant Manager

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Will be handle 4 staffs
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/ Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Job role in Employee/Labour Relation or General HR.
- Full-Time positions available
- Experience in handling Industrial Relationship, Dispute as well as Personnel matters (Jamsostek, Overtime, database, etc)
- Having knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team, hard working, honest, discipline & can work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to communicate in English (oral & written)
