1975. At present, the Company owns and operates an impressive
portfolio of premier hotels, commercial properties (office buildings, rental
apartments &Â townhouses, and retail centers), residential properties
(strata-title apartments and landed residential) , as well
as strategically located landholdings in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bali,
Surabaya, Balikpapan and several other cities in Indonesia. Our client is
now seeking qualified candidate to fulfill the position of :

Infrastructure Manager
Jakarta

The Role

Job Profile :


The
Infrastructure Manager will assist in managing the planning and overall
development of infrastructure design in office and construction in close
liaison with the Authorities, appointed consultants and contractors. He/she will also ensure the cost/technology/ duration,
accuracy and efficiency of the overall Infrastructure
planning/design/ construction documents and construction.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Assist managing
in planning, design and cross-check between consultants and Our Client
direction for the overall works in accordance to phasing.

- Monitor
project timelines with the Design Department and Project managers and submit
consolidated reports of construction work.

- Provide
support in identifying the components on logistic, environmental and HSE
matters

-Â Follow up
on utilities approach with the relevant authorities


Requirements

Male/ Female, max 35 years old. Minimum 7 years experience in management
work at developer / consultant / construction company and assisting overall
planning, managing and controlling infrastructure works for a large master
plan development.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably major in Infrastructure Planning and
Control with min. GPA 3.00.
Proven track record and experience in resolving design and site issues with
consultants, builders and clients.
Able to analyze entire infrastructure planning, set priority and suggest solutions
and action plans. Management skills, knowledge in documents, drawing reviews
and amendments. Construction implementation know-how in infrastructure works
and infrastructure control parameter guidelines.
Familiar with Autocad 2D.
Target oriented and able to set priorities under challenging and demanding circumstances
with sense of urgency.
