Pegadaian

mengundang putra-putri terBaik Indonesia yang berkualitas, memiliki
komitmen, integritas dan moralitas tinggi serta sanggup bekerja keras untuk
bergabung sebagai Pegawai Tetap dalam posisi Penaksir/Pengelola Unit Pelayanan
Cabang (UPC) yang akan ditempatkan di SELURUH WILAYAH INDONESIA. Kriteria yang
harus dipenuhi adalah sebagai berikut :

A. KETENTUAN UMUM PELAMAR :
1. Pelamar adalah Warga Negara Republik Indonesia (WNI), diutamakan putra daerah
setempat;
2. Berpenampilan menarik, enerjik dan ramah;
3. Usia pelamar adalah kelahiran 1986 max untuk pendidikan D3, dan kelahiran
1984 max untuk pendidikan S1;
4. Pendidikan pelamar minimum D3 dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal
3.00 pada skala 4 sedangkan pelamar dengan pendidikan S1 dengan IPK minimal 2.75
pada skala 4;
5. Pelamar dengan pendidikan S1, S2 dan seterusnya pangkat dan jabatan atau
grade disetarakan dengan kebutuhan dengan pendidikan D3 di Pegadaian namun
ijazah yang dimiliki dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk jenjang status dan karir
lebih lanjut;
6. Untuk pelamar dengan pendidikan S2 tetap melampirkan ijazah S1 dan berlaku
ketentuan pada point 3
7. Lebih disukai berjenis kelamin laki-laki;
8. Tinggi badan minimal 160 cm dengan berat badan proporsional;
9. Program Studi yang diterima : lulusan Program Studi Ekonomi (Manajemen,
Akuntansi, Ilmu Ekonomi), Ekonomi Syariah, Perbankan, Psikologi, Komputer,
Hukum, Komunikasi, Administrasi Niaga, Manajemen Bisnis dan Administrasi Bisnis;
10. Lebih disukai yang berakreditasi jurusan minimal B (sesuai akreditasi
BAN-PT);
11. Lebih disukai yang memiliki referensi pengalaman kerja bidang Customer
Service/Layanan Pelanggan, Kasir, Pramugari/Pramugara, Administrasi Perkantoran;
12. Lebih disukai memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan aplikasi Komputer Office;
13. Belum menikah (dibuktikan dengan keterangan yang sah dari pejabat yang
berwenang) dan sanggup untuk tidak menikah selama 1 tahun sejak diangkat sebagai
Pegawai Tetap Pegadaian dan selama menjalani program On the Job Training;
14. Sehat Jasmani, Rohani, Bebas dari Penggunaan Narkoba dan Obat
Psikotropika,serta tidak Buta Warna.

B. PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRATIF dan CARA MELAMAR :
1. Pelamar membuat surat lamaran disertai Riwayat Hidup yang ditujukan ke
Direktur Utama Pegadaian c.q Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian Jakarta I di Jakarta
atau Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian Bandung di Bandung atau Pemimpin Wilayah
Pegadaian Semarang di Semarang atau Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian Surabaya di
Surabaya atau Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian Denpasar di Denpasar atau Pemimpin
Wilayah Pegadaian Balikpapan di Balikpapan atau Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian
Makassar di Makassar atau Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian Manado di Manado (sesuai
tempat tinggal dan domisili pelamar);
2. Pas foto terbaru ukuran 4 X 6 sebanyak 3 lembar dan ukuran postcard seluruh
badan sebanyak 2 lembar;
3. Foto Copy KTP yang masih berlaku sebanyak 1 lembar;
4. Foto Copy Akte Kelahiran / Surat Keterangan Lahir sebanyak 1 lembar;
5. Foto Copy Ijasah yang dilegalisir (dilegalisir oleh pihak Universitas sesuai
dengan lulusan) dengan tanggal legalisir 1 Januari 2010 atau setelahnya (Surat
Keterangan Lulus tidak diperbolehkan / tidak memenuhi persyaratan);
6. Foto Copy Transkrip Nilai Akademik yang dilegalisir (untuk PTS dilegalisir
oleh Kopertis) dengan tanggal legalisir 1 Januari 2010 atau setelahnya;
7.Foto Copy sertifikat keterampilan computer dan/atau prestasi di bidang
olahraga, seni budaya yang dimiliki (preferable);
8.Referensi/surat pengalaman kerja (preferable yang sesuai dengan bidang bisnis
Pegadaian);
9.Asli Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah (minimal dari Kelurahan setempat);
10.Asli Surat Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian yang
masih berlaku atau fotokopi yang telah dilegalisir dan masih berlaku;
11.Membuat surat pernyataan bermaterai Rp.6.000,- dilampirkan pada berkas
lamaran (format surat pernyataan dapat di- copy dari halaman terakhir pengumuman
ini), yang menyatakan :
12. Bersedia mematuhi seluruh ketentuan rekrutmen. Apabila setelah dinyatakan
lulus dalam keseluruhan tahapan seleksi ternyata terbukti memberikan keterangan
yang tidak benar atau tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan administrasi yang
ditentukan oleh Pegadaian, maka bersedia untuk dibatalkan kelulusannya sebagai
Pegawai Tetap Pegadaian dan bersedia diproses sesuai ketentuan hukum yang
berlaku;
13. Bersedia untuk tidak menikah selama 1 tahun sejak diangkat sebagai Pegawai
Tetap Pegadaian dan selama menjalani program On the Job Training;
14. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Republik Indonesia;
15. Bersedia diterima sebagai Pegawai Tetap pada pangkat/grade sesuai dengan
ketentuan kualifikasi yang ditetapkan Pegadaian;
16. Bersedia tunduk dengan aturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku di Pegadaian;
17. Bersedia mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan selama proses seleksi
apabila pelamar telah dinyatakan lulus seleksi tahap akhir dan mengundurkan diri
secara sepihak;
18. Bersedia berangkat menuju tempat penempatan On The Job Training dengan biaya
sendiri;
19. Bersedia menanggung segala biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama proses
seleksi dari tempat tinggal (domisili) peserta/pelamar ke tempat lokasi seleksi.

20.Berkas lamaran lengkap dengan lampiran dimasukkan dalam amplop coklat dan
dikirimkan melalui PO.BOX yang dituju paling lambat sudah diterima di PO.BOX
pada tanggal 10 Januari 2011;

Hanya pelamar yang memenuhi syarat serta lengkap yang
dipanggil/diumumkan untuk mengikuti seleksi tahap selanjutnya;
Seluruh berkas lamaran yang masuk menjadi milik Pegadaian dan tidak dapat
ditarik/diambil kembali dengan alasan apapun;
Pelamar yang pernah mengirimkan lamaran sebelum adanya pengumuman
rekrut ini apabila masih berminat, agar mengajukan lamaran kembali
sesuai persyaratan dan ketentuan dalam rekrutmen ini,

Tahapan proses seleksi penting untuk diperhatikan oleh para pelamar :

www.pegadaian.co.id;
f. Seleksi Psikotes Tanggal 24 Januari 2011 bagi yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi
tertulis;
g. Lokasi tempat tes Wawancara, Aptitude Test (GAT), Bahasa Inggris dan
Psikotest untuk :
1. Kantor Wilayah Pegadaian Jakarta di Jakarta
2. Kantor Wilayah Pegadaian Surabaya di Surabaya
3. Kantor Wilayah Pegadaian Denpasar di Denpasar dan Mataram
4. Kantor Wilayah Pegadaian Makassar di Makassar dan Ambon
5. Kantor Wilayah Pegadaian Semarang di Semarang
6. Kantor Wilayah Pegadaian Bandung di Bandung
7. Kantor Wilayah Pegadaian Balikpapan di Balikpapan

h. Alamat tujuan lamaran disesuaikan dengan propinsi tempat tinggal dan domisili

i. Pengumuman peserta lulus psikotes Tanggal 11 Pebruari 2011;
j. Tes Performance 13 -17 Pebruari 2011;
k. Pengumuman Tes Performance 21 Pebruari 2011;
l. Tes kesehatan dilaksanakan oleh Dokter/Rumah Sakit/Lembaga kesehatan yang
ditunjuk oleh Pegadaian dan pelaksanaannya pada Tanggal 22 – 24 Pebruari 2011;
m. Pengumuman peserta lulus tes kesehatan Tanggal 11 Maret 2011;
n. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus tes kesehatan wajib melakukan registrasi ulang
pada tanggal 14 Maret 2011;
o. Peserta lulus tes kesehatan selanjutnya mengikuti Tahapan On The Job Training
(OJT) yang meliputi Induksi, Diklat Penaksir Muda dan Praktik Kerja di Kantor
Cabang yang ditunjuk Pegadaian;
p. Induksi dilaksanakan Tanggal 15 Maret – 18 Maret 2011;
q. Praktik Kerja di Kantor Cabang dilaksanakan 15 Maret – 25 Juni 2011;
r. Diklat Penaksir Muda direncanakan dilaksanakan bertahap di tengah masa
Praktik Kerja, yaitu diperkirakan mulai 21 Maret 2011 (per angkatan + selama 5
minggu);
s. Selesai Diklat Penaksir Muda kembali ke tempat Praktik Kerja di Kantor Cabang
sambil menunggu kelulusan dan penetapan;
t. Peserta yang lulus On The Job Training diangkat sebagai Pegawai Tetap
terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2011.

19.Keputusan kelulusan bersifat final dan mutlak tidak dapat diganggu gugat,
serta tidak diadakan surat menyurat;
20. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus sebagai Pegawai Tetap wajib menandatangani
perjanjian ikatan dinas.
Hanya pelamar yang memenuhi syarat dengan kriteria terbaik, kelengkapan sesuai
persyaratan yang dipanggil dalam seleksi. PERUM Pegadaian adalah BUMN yang
menerapkan Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Selama proses seleksi tidak dipungut

Infrastructure Manager
Jakarta

The Role

Job Profile :


The
Infrastructure Manager will assist in managing the planning and overall
development of infrastructure design in office and construction in close
liaison with the Authorities, appointed consultants and contractors. He/she will also ensure the cost/technology/ duration,
accuracy and efficiency of the overall Infrastructure
planning/design/ construction documents and construction.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Assist managing
in planning, design and cross-check between consultants and Our Client
direction for the overall works in accordance to phasing.

- Monitor
project timelines with the Design Department and Project managers and submit
consolidated reports of construction work.

- Provide
support in identifying the components on logistic, environmental and HSE
matters

-Ă‚ Follow up
on utilities approach with the relevant authorities


Requirements

Male/ Female, max 35 years old. Minimum 7 years experience in management
work at developer / consultant / construction company and assisting overall
planning, managing and controlling infrastructure works for a large master
plan development.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably major in Infrastructure Planning and
Control with min. GPA 3.00.
Proven track record and experience in resolving design and site issues with
consultants, builders and clients.
Able to analyze entire infrastructure planning, set priority and suggest solutions
and action plans. Management skills, knowledge in documents, drawing reviews
and amendments. Construction implementation know-how in infrastructure works
and infrastructure control parameter guidelines.
Familiar with Autocad 2D.
Target oriented and able to set priorities under challenging and demanding circumstances
with sense of urgency.
